Institute of Management
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
In our research projects we develop our ability to structure and develop organisations and apply the results to our teaching.
We use the business plan model to help structure organisations effectively and efficiently, and develop them throughout their life cycle, from their foundation and growth through innovation or successful internationalisation until they are handed over to a new generation.
The integral market-oriented business model is at the centre of our work both nationally and internationally, in all matters related to economic efficiency.
We are state-of-the-art in our knowledge-based approach to work and consistently geared to practice. Through our Swiss Challenge competitions for businesses, we identify hundreds of individuals and businesses in Switzerland and abroad and offer a select number the opportunity to develop, hone and implement their innovative business ideas.
In our Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme and our CAS we teach key methods and instruments used in business administration for all matters related to entrepreneurial thinking and action.
In our consulting projects we guide chosen partners in developing and implementing integral market-oriented business models, both nationally and internationally, in all matters related to economic efficiency.
