- Lecturer for Financial Mathematics, Business Statistics, Empirical Methods and Business Analytics in the BSc Programme in Business Administration
- Supervision of student projects and Bachelor thesis in cooperation with external contractors
Carol Demarmels is a lecturer for business mathematics and statistics, empirical methods and business analytics at the University of Applied Sciences. She holds a degree in mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and also has a university degree in education and didactics as well as a CAS in Data Analysis. She is currently completing a CAS in eDidactics.
Prior to her change to teaching, Carol Demarmels worked for the Swiss reinsurer Converium in the area of large loss calculation and forecasting.
Carol Demarmels is a member of the residents' council of the municipality of Obersiggenthal and was a member of the finance commission, the social commission and the residents' council of the city of Baden.

- Representative for Diversity and Equality at the University of Applied Sciences
