Overview	This module covers the fundamentals of programming. It is intended for students with little or no previous experience with programming languages. Variables Types Arrays Loops (while, for) Conditional statements (if-else, switch-case) Logical and arithmetic expressions Methods (procedures, functions)
Learning objectives	The students know the elements of procedural (imperative) programming: variables, primitive data types, arrays, control structures, methods and they know how correctly write these elements understand the execution of a program consisting of these elements can correct syntactic errors in these elements are able to use these elements to construct a program that solves a given task
