Project Work

Project Work module is based on a student and business collaboration. Students work in teams to investigate, evaluate and make concrete and contextualised recommendations for a specific problem as outlined by the client in the project brief. The projects are dynamic, collaborative and an interactive process whereby student teams undertake an in-depth investigation using an appropriate research methodology, developing relevant conceptual and theoretical strands and demonstrate critical judgement. Your team’s resulting written report and presentation will address the issue posed by the client, offering primary and secondary research into the issue and offering a set of recommendations and or a solution to the original organisational problem or issue. The module enables the student to develop and apply problem solving, decision making, reflective and teamwork skills, theory and practice of teamwork dynamics, creative thinking, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for the world of work.
