Health insurance I am aware that I must have a health insurance that provides coverage for my stay in Vietnam. I agree that I will take an insurance that meets or exceeds these requirements for the full duration of my stay. Furthermore, I am aware that I am personally responsible for all the required vaccinations.

Confirmation of participation I am ready to participate in the project meetings as well as the on-site seminar. I know that once the delegation members have been confirmed, full cost incurs in case of withdrawal (health reasons, e.g.). I know that flights can only be booked once participation has been confirmed. FHNW does not take over any responsibility for individual costs incurred (in case of early bookings, e.g.). I agree that the nomination process is not further documented or commented. Students have no right to appeal the final decision on delegation members by the supervisor.
