    Course description

    • FHNW students will conduct research on Swiss university incubators and related best practices (supervision Prof. Emanuele Laurenzi);
    • IPAG students, working in groups, will research non-Swiss university incubators and related best practices (supervision Prof. Stefania Masè);
    • On March 24th, starting at 3:30 PM, FHNW and IPAG students will present their findings respectively, during an online session. During this exchange, the objective is for FHNW students to gather insights to create a plan for organisational activities to pursue at ImpactLab. IPAG students - organised in groups - will act as consulting firms, with each group providing tailored recommendations to FHNW students on strategies for growth and business development. The objective is to help the incubator enhance its operations and impact, gaining insights from recommendations, as well as European and global benchmarks, offered by IPAG-based students/consultants.
    • On April 7th, starting at 3:30 PM, FHNW students will present their plan for organisational activities, incorporating and demonstrating how the inputs from the IPAG students were considered. IPAG students can continue with their consulting activities by giving further suggestions and assuring a debate/discussion during this last presentation session.
    • FHNW students will operationalise one of the managerial activities planned with the help of IPAG students, e.g., a marketing campaign, an event, a new onboarding or off-boarding process, a new platform for matchmaking students from Business and IT, etc.
