Sebastian Schneider

Sebastian’s journey into biotechnology began with an apprenticeship at Roche as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Operator. This sparked his passion for bioprocesses, leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Bioprocess Technology at FHNW. During his studies, he worked in the BPT laboratory on mammalian perfusion process development, resulting in a thesis focused on Raman-based control in mammalian processes.

Currently, Sebastian is pursuing a Master’s degree in Biotechnology at FHNW while working as a Scientific Assistant in the BPT laboratory. In this role, he handles laboratory automation, server and network administration, as well as different industry projects.
