Tereza Müllerová

Tereza joined the BPT group as part of her master’s thesis while pursuing a double degree in biotechnology through a cooperation between FHNW and UCT Prague. Her thesis focused on the downstream process development of adeno-associated viruses (AAVs) and plasmids, with a particular emphasis on continuous chromatography techniques. Currently, Tereza is working in the group as a research assistant, where she is involved in nanobody production.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry at UCT Prague, where her interest in biomolecules was sparked. During her studies, she explored recombinant protein production by testing different fusion tags to facilitate purification and worked on assay development to evaluate the activity of viral helicases.
