Use of computational pharmaceutics for oral formulations

Pharmaceutical technology is like many other applied disciplines greatly affected by the digital revolution in that availability of diverse computational tools change the way how dosage forms are developed and manufactured. The current presentation gives a brief overview followed by several case studies in computational pharmaceutics with a focus on oral delivery of small molecular drugs.
