Empowering Small Business Resilience: Insights From the MECyS Workshop in Malaga 

On April 4th and 5th 2024, an international workshop for the MECyS project was held in Malaga.  

On the first day, our Competence Center Digital Trust presented the developed course plan for data protection education, focusing on the specifics of micro-enterprises in Switzerland. The presentation can be downloaded here.

Furthermore, we shared the experience with our first pilot trainings with our partners (see trainings outline on the figure below) and we received valuable feedback for improvement.

On the second day, we piloted a «train the trainer» workshop and had insightful talks with learners about their needs. Highlights included discussions on teaching approaches and methodologies, tool presentations, and gathering feedback.

As we wrap up, we’re excited about the progress made and look forward to the next steps in shaping the future of micro-enterprise education.
