Hugo Nicolas, a PhD student at FHNW School of Life Sciences in Muttenz, Institute for Medical Engineering and Medical Informatics (IM²), and at the Universität Straßburg, defended his doctoral thesis on Monday. 📚🧠

The title of his thesis: “Development of Integrated Magnetometers Using Spin Transfer Torque Magnetic Tunnel Junctions.” 🧲⚙️

Of course, we at IM² celebrated this milestone properly with a delightful Apéro 🥂🍰 – and the iconic doctoral hat 🎩 was not to be missed!
