The companies listed at the SIX Swiss Exchange are obliged to report transactions in their equity securities conducted by their management. Amongst other reasons, this should prevent market abuse. In this visualisation, I show both these transactions and the share price development. Will there be any apparent pattern visible, e.g. "buy low, sell high"? What do the charts tell about market abuse?
