Roboterhilfe im Labor
Bevor aus einem medizinischen Wirkstoff ein fertiges Medikament wird, braucht es viele Experimente. Man muss die optimale Kombination an Stabilisatoren und anderen Zusatzstoffen finden und testen, ob ein Medikament immer gleichermassen gut wirkt. Dieser Prozess lässt sich mit einer Roboterplattform der HLS erleichtern. Sie ermöglicht verlässliche Studien für besonders empfindliche Biomoleküle. Ein neu entwickeltes Software-Tool kombiniert übersichtlich die Ergebnisse der einzelnen Experimente und beschleunigt damit die Suche nach der optimalen Medikamentenzusammensetzung.
