Course description

Students will be equipped with strategic and operational tools to solve marketing and sales problems in an international, digital and sustainable world. Students will be experts in customer-centric and data-driven management and how to create and communicate customer value across different industries. Students will learn how to effectively integrate external customer needs with the internal view of the organisation.

Collaborative part

Working with collaborative tool/s such as Padlet, whiteboard, Miro, jam board etc. as an asynchronous extension of the international virtual classroom.

 

Conditions FHNW-students

Cross-country interaction requires time flexibility.

 

Good to know

The COIL is integrated into the Specialisation Marketing module Strategic and International Marketing to enrich the learning experience of students during the semester. Extra bonus points can be gained by students.
