    Activities in FHNW

    Franziska Widmer is a Research Associate and Co-Director of the Competence Center RessourcenPlus (R+) at the Institute for Research and Development of the University of Teacher Education FHNW. Her research focuses on school improvement, collaboration between teachers, teacher health, and the integration of movement in teaching. Her methodological focus is on mixed methods research.

    In her current research projects, she is investigating collaboration between teachers as a resource to meet the demands and stress of everyday school life, and to professionalize, and thus promote the health of teachers. Franziska Widmer has a strong interest in international collaboration, having lived, studied and conducted research abroad for a long time. Inspired by the credo "think globally, act locally," she is committed to developing innovative solutions in education through international collaboration and the exchange of knowledge.
