    Prof. Dr. Gery Bruederlin is a proven human resource expert who has led various global HR functions during his career at UBS AG. From the beginning of 2007 to the end of 2009, he was Group Head of Human Resources, responsible for 80,000 employees and 2,000 subordinates. Since fall 2013, he has been in charge of the master's program in "Human Resource Management" at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, the best-known and most traditional continuing education program in the HR field in Switzerland. His focus is on strategic HR, talent, compensation and competency management, as well as the digitalization of HRM. In these and other topics, he is also active as a consultant for larger and smaller companies and also represents all areas of Human Resource Management as an expert to the media.
