Zur Arbeit:
Im digitalen Zeitalter können Informationen per Knopfdruck an eine Grosszahl von Personen gesendet werden. Dies führt schnell zu einer Informationsflut, die für viele eine Überlastung ist und Stress auslösen kann. In seiner Arbeit wendet Andrin Ruob die Strukturierte Online Team-Intervention (STROTA) an und weist nach, dass die Intervention negative Empfindungen bezüglich der Informationsflut wirksam reduziert. Die Arbeit wurde sehr sauber und wissenschaftlich fundiert mit validierten Instrumenten durchgeführt und zeigt ausgezeichnet, wie man psychologische Ansätze in der Arbeitswelt erfolgreich anwenden kann.

Zur Arbeit:
In der Masterarbeit von Frau Müller geht es darum, die digitale Kompetenz eines Unternehmens bzw. einer Organisation messbar zu machen und Möglichkeiten für deren Weiterentwicklung abzuleiten. Damit widmet sich die Masterarbeit einem hochaktuellen Thema, welches durch die Corona-Krise zusätzlich an Bedeutung gewonnen hat und das zu den Schwerpunkten der Hochschule für Angewandte Psychologie FHNW zählt. Die Ergebnisse sind in verschiedenen Branchen anwendbar und daher von sehr grossem allgemeinem Nutzen.
