Zur Arbeit:
Die hervorragende Bachelorarbeit von Nicole Zimmermann befasst sich mit dem Markenimage von Sensopro, einem Unternehmen, das Trainingsgeräte für Physiotherapie, Fitnesscenter und Privatpersonen anbietet. Ziel der Arbeit war es, die Wahrnehmung der Marke Sensopro bei den drei genannten Zielgruppen zu untersuchen und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für das Unternehmen abzuleiten. Hierfür wurden Messmethoden aus der kognitiven und sozialpsychologischen Markenforschung eingesetzt. Auf Basis der Ergebnisse werden Massnahmen zur Optimierung des Markenimages und der Markenarchitektur, zur Stärkung emotionaler Assoziationen und zur Intensivierung des Kund*innenkontakts empfohlen.

Die Arbeit zeichnet sich durch ein tiefes Verständnis der relevanten Theorien und Methoden, eine sorgfältige Datenerhebung und -analyse sowie eine klare und verständliche Darstellung der Ergebnisse aus. Damit deckt die Arbeit einen relevanten Teilbereich der Wirtschaftspsychologie – ein Schwerpunkt der Hochschule für Angewandte Psychologie FHNW – ab und die Autorin leistet einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Markenforschung.

Attraktivität des Pflegeberufs am Luzerner Kantonsspital (LUKS) aus Sicht von HF-/FH-Pflegefachpersonen und mögliche Auswirkung der Einführung von New Work-Ansätzen

Zur Arbeit:
Die Masterarbeit von Jonas Villiger leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Diskussion um den Fachkräftemangel in der Pflege und die generellen Herausforderungen im Gesundheitswesen. Untersucht wurde, welche Faktoren die wahrgenommene Attraktivität des Pflegeberufs am Luzerner Kantonsspital beeinflussen und wie sich die Einführung von New Work-Ansätzen auf die Attraktivität des Pflegeberufs auswirkt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen insbesondere die Tätigkeitsmerkmale Ganzheitlichkeit, Selbstbestimmung, Sinnhaftigkeit und Zusammenarbeit als entscheidend für die wahrgenommene Attraktivität beurteilen. Die Einführung von New Work Ansätzen wird von den Befragten tendenziell als attraktivitätssteigernd beurteilt. Das Luzerner Kantonsspital kann die Ergebnisse der Masterarbeit nutzen, um diese Themen weiter zu bearbeiten.

Die ausgezeichnete, umfassende Arbeit greift ein äusserst drängendes und wichtiges gesellschaftliches Thema auf und leistet einen bedeutenden Beitrag für das Unternehmen und die Gesellschaft als Ganzes. Sie bewegt sich im gesamten Spektrum der Arbeits-, Organisations- und Personalpsychologie – ein Schwerpunkt der Hochschule für Angewandte Psychologie FHNW – und innerhalb der beiden FHNW-Zukunftsfelder «New Work» und «Future Health».
